90 minute comprehensive health evaluation

Follow Up Visit, $200
60 minute review of lab work and planning of next steps in your health goals

Acute Check In, $100
30 minute check in on treatment plans or an acute sick visit

Vaccine Only Visit, 20$ per vaccine
15 minute visit for families with a vaccination plan in place
We are in network with the following insurances
PPO Plans do not generally require referrals. HMO/POS Plans require a referral or prior authorization for coverage, please check with your insurance prior to the visit. Please call the ‘member services number’ to ask if your plan covers ‘Naturopathic Care’.
